On this and different papers that I’ve printed lately (ref. works cited beneath), I’ve expressed my opposition to killil. My principal purpose is that the boundary delineations are gerrymandered; and consequently, they don’t meet fundamental democratic delineation requirements of “impartiality, equality, representativeness, non-discrimination
