REUTERS June 8, 2021 Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday urged Ethiopia to open up its telecoms sector to personal cell cash enterprise buyers, a transfer that may complement a course of already underway to reform the sector and usher in overseas funding.
